Albania
Albania is a country in the South Eastern Europe. It is bordered by Montenegro, Kosovo , the Republic of Macedonia and Greece. It has a coast on the Adriatic Sea to the west, and on the Ionian Sea to the southwest. It is less than 45 miles from Italy, across the Strait of Otranto which links the Adriatic Sea to the Ionian Sea. Albania's population is 3,500,000 and it is considered one of the youngest populations in Europe. The official language in Albania is Albanian language, and is considered to be one of the oldest Indo-European languages. The capital city Tirana is home of approximately 1,000,000 people. Tirana is home to many universities and is the center of the political, economical, and cultural life of the country.
The main significant factor in Albanian economy is tourism.
Tourism in the country has seen an impressive increase in the recent years. With its 225 miles long beautiful coastline facing the Adriatic and Ionian seas, attracts millions of tourists each year. The main touristic attractions in Albanian coastline are Saranda, Durres, Vlora, Dhermia etc.
Albania is characterized with a typical Mediterranean weather, with mild winters and hot summers. The average temperature throughout the year is 60 F.
I would recommend to everyone to visit Albania if you have a chance to go to Europe, since it is not expensive and it is a very beautiful place with a rich archeology.

What would help you to be physically fit without working out?
Swimming is considered to be the best exercise that a man can do. It is one of those few exercise in which all of your body parts are used. Most people get bored while making other exercises, but swimming won't let you get bored. I was part of a swimming team approximately for one year. It helped me to remain healthy, and increased my acrobatic capacity. Through swimming one can continually use arms, legs and lungs which in return helps in building stronger muscles and losing wight. You won't feel any pain while swimming as compared to working out on land, therefore many professional athletes use water as rehabilitation when they suffer from an injury.
There are four major types of swimming: breaststroke, butterfly, backstroke and freestyle.
- Breaststroke is one of the most difficult techniques. In this technique you slide through water with your body moving up and down.
- Butterfly is also difficult and should not be tried by beginners. In this technique legs move together in dolphin kick, while water is pushed downward and backward with the help of arms, moving together.
- Breaststroke is pretty easy compared to the previous one, arms are moved in a wind pattern, while rotating and passing the face.
- Freestyle or crawl is one of the easiest swimming techniques, and the best one for beginners. It is done on the belly and involves the flutter kick and windmill arm motion.
I would encourage everyone to swim and help yourself, because swimming is the safest and most effective form of physical exercise these days.

"Save One Life..."
The organ donation in this Country is low, at this moment in USA are more than 80000 patients waiting for an organ donor in the waiting list. Over 10 percent in this list are children under 18 years old, and at the end of this day 17 people will die while waiting in the waiting list.
We can all save a life and give the most amazing gift possible by donating our organs after death. Although it exist a hesitation amongst people about donating organs, it is very simple process. All you have to do is to go to your doctor and fill out a form where you declare that you will donate your organs after your death. Donor organs are removed surgically and the body is closed, as in any surgery. There are no outward signs of organ donation and open casket funerals are still available.
So don’t wait anymore, go and sign for organ donation and give the gift of life.

Genetically Modified Food
A lot of food that we eat today contains genetically modified ingredients and usually without our knowledge. By being able to take the genetic material from one organism and insert it into the permanent genetic code of another, biotechnologists have engineered numerous novel creations, such as potatoes with bacteria genes, "super" pigs with human growth genes, fish with cattle growth genes, tomatoes with flounder genes, and thousands of other plants, animals and insects. At an alarming rate, these creations are now being patented and released into the environment.
Genetically engineered food no doubt is a big advantage because it increases food productivity in general but the big concern is that whether this food is healthy or not, and the way it is handled by big-profit companies.
Currently up to 45 percent of the U.S. corn is genetically engineered as is 84 percent of soybeans. It has been estimated that 70 percent of the processed food on the supermarket shelves from soda to soup, cracker – to chocolates contain genetically engineered ingredients.
The recent studies done by scientists have shown that Genetically Engineered food have a dangerous effect in human health such as: risks of toxicity, allergenicity, antibiotic resistance, immune-suppression and cancer.
U.S. Government should act quickly to set up some limits in this “new field of food modifications”, because the impact of the genetically modified food in the humankind is going to be enormously big in the next decade.
Despite these long-term and wide-ranging risks, Congress has yet to pass a single law intended to manage them responsibly. On the federal level, eight agencies attempt to regulate biotechnology using 12 different statutes or laws that were written long before genetically engineered food, animals and insects became a reality. The result has been a regulatory tangle, where any regulation even exists, as existing laws are grossly manipulated to manage threats they were never intended to regulate.
I strongly believe that Genetically Engineered foods should be labeled because we have the right to know what we are eating.
